- The binary distribution list that has been discussed from time to time
- is now operating.
-
- The main reason I finally set this up was that Douglas Little and Dave
- Murphy had problems with the way the BAD MOOD list returns your own emails.
-
- The new list is called bm_bin@rand.thn.htu.se and works just like the
- main list. To subscribe/unsubscribe, send email to bm_bin-request@....
-
- If you have WWW or ftp access, _don't_ subscribe to the bm_bin list.
- -------------------------------=======------------------------------
-
- Anyone can send binary files to the list without subscribing.
-
-
- To make a new binary (or other large file) available, post it to
- bm_bin@rand.thn.htu.se and let me know that you've done so.
- If you can, please upload by ftp to rand.thn.htu.se /pub/incoming as
- well. Then you don't have to notify me, but can let the people on the
- normal list know directly.
-
- Please, remember that the bm_bin list is for those who can't access the
- 'important' stuff via WWW/ftp. Things that have not been sent to the main
- list earlier, such as texture maps, should not be sent to the new list either.
-
-
- If you're one of the people who'll subscribe to the bm_bin list and have
- something to add, please speak up.
